The certification demonstrates foundational knowledge and skills needed to show how networks operate, including the devices, media, and protocols that enable network communications. Join Kevin as he details the foundational concepts of networking, answering questions like: What is a network? What benefits does a network give you? How do you measure the performance of a network? He also explains how you can use the iPerf utility to measure network throughput, and takes a look at different network models and protocols.
