Maha Elgenaidi, founder and executive director of the Islamic Networks Group (ING), guides you through the important aspects of Islamophobia—what it is, its long history, and its impact on Muslims in the United States and within organizations. Learn about Muslims—the people who identify with the religion of Islam, their faith, and their practices and customs— and the common misconception of Muslims as a monolithic group. Discover the tropes and biases of Islamophobia, learn about anti-Muslim discrimination in the workplace and in educational institutions, and explore as the impact of Islamophobia on other groups.
