Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant position on the Relentless Region of Safe Home Direct is a supporting role to the regional business operations. The Administrative Assistant helps facilitate tasks related to sales, recruiting, customer service, team culture, and retention to create the best experience for members of the sales team and customers. The position operates out of our Raleigh, NC office located at 2500 Gateway Centre Blvd #300 Morrisville, NC 27560.
Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant supports the following departments: HR and Recruiting, Office Administration, Customer Service, and Sales and Marketing. Please note that roles and responsibilities may be adjusted as needed to meet seasonal business needs. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Office maintenance including cleaning, supply management, and errands
- Occasional customer service calls for scheduling
- Data entry for customer and employee information
- Recruiting coordinator roles including resume review and scheduling
- Preparation of materials for new hires
- Plan and execute activities for sales team
- Travel coordination for managers and sales team
- Creation of sales and marketing materials for sales team
- Social Media management

Requirements:
- Part-time work (20 hours per week – additional hours may be required for certain projects such as special events)
- Must be able to work in the office
- Hours:
- 10AM – 2PM Monday – Friday (Hours are negotiable and flexible as long as schedule is consistent)
- Occasional on call hours for particular projects and events
- Some travel required
Compensation:
- Hourly rate ($15 per hour)
