Our Global M&A and Capital practice works at the heart of the M&A landscape, including advising on public and private M&A, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances and corporate restructurings, and on all stages of the M&A life cycle, from early due diligence to signing, closing, and post-closing integration. With offices across Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, we work across borders, industries, and time zones to get deals done.
During this simulation, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a Trainee and complete tasks that replicate the work that our Global M&A and Capital team does every day. You’ll learn key skills in due diligence, legal risk assessment, legal drafting, and written communication.
