amp&go – a hybrid Influencer Marketing Agency and Performance Marketing platform – is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing team.

With access to over 5,000,000 influencers, we work with some of the most recognizable brands around the world across the lifestyle, fashion, health, mobile app and gaming industries. Because our work moves quickly, and our team is based around the world, we need someone who is independent, excited, and ready to learn!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Influencer Marketing Intern would bring campaigns to life by sourcing talent, creating strategies, managing campaigns, and creating unique content executions

Here are a few beyond the paragraph above:

  • Identify and vet new influencers to scale the program
  • Manage Influencer campaigns seeing the creator through their content development, posting, all the way to reporting
  • Develop relationships with influencers relevant to client campaigns
  • Create communication and outreach plans relevant to client campaigns
  • Own content production at the highest quality, meeting goals and deadlines
  • Report back to agency teams on campaign production tracking
  • Routinely inform teams on emerging digital trends, behaviors, and technologies, to remain conversant in all types of digital opportunities
  • Work closely with greater growth team, content marketing team, brand team, creative team and more to run world-class influencer executions

EXPERIENCE

In addition, you meet these minimum requirements:

  • You have a passion for the influencer marketing space
  • You have the ability to be a self-starter, thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • You’re a tactical implementer and know how to make big ideas come to life in small ways
  • You can bounce between working independently and on a team
  • Photoshop and video editing skills are preferred

This position would directly report to the account manager in their closest time zone.

TRAVEL

This position does not require travel.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets
  • Proficient in Keynote, Pages
  • Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Asana experience is a plus
  • Skype experience is a plus
  • Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects experience is a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience using Google Suite
  • Strong Analytical ability (you are well versed in using data to drive decision making)

Employment Trends

The number of jobs in the career for the past two years, the current year, and projections for the next 10 years. Job counts include both employed and self-employed persons, and do not distinguish between full- and part-time jobs. Sources include Emsi industry data, staffing patterns, and OES data.

    Education Levels

    The educational attainment percentage breakdown for a career (e.g. the percentage of people in the career who hold Bachelor’s Degrees vs. Associate Degrees). Educational attainment levels are provided by O*NET.

    Annual Earnings

    Earnings figures are based on OES data from the BLS and include base rate, cost of living allowances, guaranteed pay, hazardous-duty pay, incentive pay (including commissions and bonuses), on-call pay, and tips.

    Technical Skills

    A list of hard skills associated with a given career ordered by the number of unique job postings which ask for those skills.

      Core Competencies

      The skills for the career. The "importance" is how relevant the ability is to the occupation: scale of 1-5. The "level" is the proficiency required by the occupation: scale of 0-100. Results are sorted by importance first, then level.

        Job Titles

        A list of job titles for all unique postings in a given career, sorted by frequency.
