Responsible for answering phone calls from the public, patients, and internally to Winchester Hospital and its satellite facilities. Commits to making every encounter the best that it can be. Utilizes overhead paging system and assists patients and staff with long distance calls. Requires excellent customer service skills. Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute utilizing a headset. Previous answering service experience preferred. Must have excellent communication speaking skills and accurate spelling. Able to interact with various levels of management, physicians, and other medical providers. An excellent opportunity for a part-time job for a busy college student.
