You may be the first person the patients meet and can have a dramatic impact on making them feel welcome and ease their anxiety. Delivers outstanding customer service. Collects patient demographic and insurance information and enters into the hospital’s information system. Researches patient insurance plans using software. Processes insurance co-pays, deductibles, and balances due.
