Physical Therapy Aide-Winchester Hospital-Per Diem (as needed)

Assists Physical Therapists to optimize the efficiency of the rehabilitation process. Communicates with patients to ensure comfort and wait time satisfaction. Serves as a resource person. Greets, transports and educates patients. Assists the Physical Therapist in preparing equipment for treatment. Keeps department clean, free of obstacles and stocked with adequate supplies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer students enrolled in physical therapy, athletic training, or other health related field. Previous rehab, healthcare, clerical or customer service experience preferred.
