Position Overview
As a Cannas Capital Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building lasting client relationships, providing personalized insurance solutions, and driving business growth through consultative sales. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who are passionate about financial protection, client education, and helping others achieve long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to recommend customized insurance and financial products.
Present and explain policy options, coverage benefits, and terms clearly and professionally.
Manage and grow a personal portfolio of clients while maintaining a high standard of service.
Stay up to date on industry trends, product updates, and state/federal insurance regulations.
Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs offered by Cannas Capital.
Qualifications
Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
Proven sales, customer service, or financial consulting experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
Experience or interest in serving the cannabis, wellness, or small business sectors a plus.
