PREVIOUS RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (1-3 years) preferred –

Leaders are responsible for the following:
- Assist the Executive Leadership team with setting and accomplishing goals for the team.
- Engaging and developing others: Educates, Equips, Encourages, and Expects the best out to the Team
- Reinventing Continuously: Constantly seeks to do things better and more efficiently
- Values Results and Relationships: Knows and understands how to connect with others and leads them to get desired results
- Embodies the Values of Chick-fil-A: They work and lead people in a way that lines up with the standards and expectations of Chick-fil-A
Expectations:
Serve in day to day operations
Build/maintain a great team culture
Lead restaurant team in line with company standards
Demonstrate knowledge of brand and core competencies
Continually coach and train team on importance of providing guests with a “Remarkable” experience
Ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed
Ensure the restaurant is clean at all times
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with excellent communication skills
Perform opening/closing procedures (including Fridays/Saturdays/evenings)
Maintain flow of satisfied guests
Work to create a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for team members
All other duties assigned

***Must have reliable transportation
***Salary position – $45,000 plus benefits
***Food manager/handler’s certification optional
