The On-site Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting the Community Manager to help oversee the community association. The On-site Assistant Community Manager assists with responses to board member and homeowner inquiries. This person will assist with administrative tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to Board and homeowner inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with obtaining contracts and proposals for community as directed by manager
- Main support for phone and email correspondences
- Coordinate and manage community mailings to homeowners
- Community website administration and community communication
- Complete work order requests and follow up with owners and contractors throughout the process
- Keep detailed task list for community and follow up until completion
- Communicate with manager during all tasks for priority, deadlines, and action item completion
- Administrative support for the processing of work orders and communication with vendors and owners
- Conducting inspections in the community as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Physical Requirements:
- Normal periods of sitting and standing in an office environment.
- Extended periods of sitting at a workstation/desk in an office environment.
- Lifting and/or pushing objects up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Lifting and/or pushing objects up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis.
- Walking outdoors in potentially inclement weather conditions within the communities.
Working Conditions:
Work is mostly performed inside an office environment. Level of noise is usually moderate, and temperature is controlled in the office environment. Weather conditions will vary when completing outdoor tasks such as community walk-throughs. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
