We’re InterGuard, a fast-growing company in the transportation space, and we’re hiring for a Remote Appointment Setter to help us connect with small business owners who are actively looking for help.
No sales. No licenses. No stress. Just set 3 appointments a day, follow the script, and get paid.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Call pre-qualified business leads (people who already showed interest—no cold leads)
Ask a short list of questions using our simple script
Collect info like vehicle type, business status, etc.
Schedule a quick follow-up call with our team lead (5–10 minutes max)
Pass the lead—we close the deal, you get paid
What You’re Not Doing:
No selling
No quoting
No paperwork
No handling money
No insurance license required
Ideal Candidate:
Can set 3 appointments per day (15/week)
Speaks clearly and confidently by phone or text
Stays on script and follows simple instructions
Is consistent, reliable, and communicates like a professional
Spanish speaking adds value
💸 Compensation Plan (Fully Transparent):
You’re paid monthly commission based on the total premium we write from the appointments you set.
➤ If the clients you bring in generate under $200,000 in monthly premium:
You earn 1% commission on the total written premium
Example: $150,000 = $1,500 commission
➤ If the clients you bring in generate $200,000 or more in monthly premium:
You earn 2% commission on the total premium
Example: $240,000 = $4,800 commission
➤ PLUS: $1,000 Monthly Bonus
If you cross the $200,000 premium threshold, you also receive a $1,000 flat bonus
Example: $240K = $4,800 + $1,000 bonus = $5,800 total
All of this by simply setting 3 appointments per day.
No license, no sales pressure, no closing duties.
