  • Clearly communicate Leyton’s value and secure discovery meetings
  • Deliver a professional, positive experience at every touchpoint

Sales Enablement & Reporting

  • Keep Salesforce accurate and current — leads, activities, and outcomes
  • Participate in sales strategy meetings and report progress to your Sales Manager
  • Partner with Consultants, BDMs, and cross-functional teams to sharpen outreach strategy

Target Achievement & Contribution

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets
  • Represent Leyton at industry events, networking sessions, and virtual meetings
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to improve how we generate and convert leads

  • Background in prospecting, cold calling, consulting, or finance
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

  • Strong relationship-building instincts
