About Lium
Lium is scaling an AI-native way to work with large, complex datasets, signals, measurements, sensor histories, and operational logs that standard LLMs aren’t built for. Instead of moving that data somewhere else, Lium works where the data already lives, whether that’s a hosted workspace or inside a customer’s own environment.
The technology came out of two years at the Harvard Center for Astrophysics working on NASA archives too large to copy. Today it’s pointed at energy, climate, and space.
The Role
We’re hiring interns for a 3-month pilot to help sharpen and scale our go-to-market motion across social, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and YouTube, plus outbound. This is intentionally low-touch (~5 hrs/week), with the opportunity to grow into expanded scope as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
- Content: Write and ship posts, threads, and short video. Each platform rewards something different, and figuring out what works where is a core part of the job.
- Outbound: Help build target lists and run outreach — some automated, some written by hand for the accounts that deserve it.
- Experiments: Test new ways to reach our customers. Our best-performing play last month was a dinner invitation, not a pitch. If you have an idea worth trying, we’ll run it.
