Summary:
Support customers, brokers and underwriters in processing and servicing new and renewal business. Responsible for all aspects of policy administration including technical, and clerical support for various transactions. Provide exceptional service by optimizing productivity and maintaining excellent quality on all transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service to our internal and external customers.
- Enter policy data into the policy administration system for new and renewal business.
- Produce and distribute billing invoices and binders to brokers and customers.
- Respond to email inquiries from customers, brokers, and team members.
- Assemble and distribute policy output to brokers.
- Create and prepare for mailing non-renewal, cancellation, conditional renewal, and reinstatement notices.
- Prepare loss control assignments. Distribute completed loss control reports to underwriting. Monitor and distribute loss control related inquiries, requests, and recommendation compliance information.
- Prepare and distribute loss runs within required timeframe.
- Order underwriting reports.
- Work collaboratively with all teams to achieve program goals.
- Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways.
- Works on assignments requiring sound judgment and initiative.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of demonstrated insurance experience.

- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Understands implications of work, identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data and makes recommendations for solutions.

- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week.
Schedule: 8:15am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Location: Remote and IL.
Work Status: Remote (can also be hybrid or in-office if the candidate is in proximity).
