Metallus Internship Program

Internship Assignment: Full Time – Summer 2027
- Start date: 05/17/2027
- Support production and continuous improvement initiatives within the Thermal Treat department.
- Focus on monitoring process performance, tracking production delays, analyzing productivity, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Work directly with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, throughput, and continuous improvement.
Internship Qualifications:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
- Preferred majors: Material Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or related
