Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero, P.A. is seeking a full-time Legal Office Clerk to handle copying, scanning, mailings, and a variety of general office responsibilities, including filling in at reception, greeting clients and answering the telephone. Experience in a law firm is helpful, but not required. Must be able to move/distribute materials, such as storage boxes/office supplies around the office. The position has the potential for on-the-job training as a Legal Secretary.
What you’ll bring to the table:
To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced Outlook email writer and a clear and concise communicator, a sophisticated Word and Excel user and a friendly, cooperative and positive person. You will need to be an energetic, self-starter who is capable of handling multiple projects . You must have excellent grammar, computer, and phone skills.
The work-day and benefits:
This full-time position will be accompanied by a competitive benefits package including healthcare and 401k. You will be paid $18-21/hour depending upon your experience. The hired candidate will enjoy 20+ Vacation/PTO days per year and 8+ paid holidays. As a Legal Office Clerk, you will be working for a multi-service law firm with offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, and Tampa/St. Petersburg. You will work in office/onsite at our Palm Beach Gardens location. Work hours are 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
