Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Operations on a variety of plant projects.
- Investigate and assist in solving chronic operational problems as assigned by supervisor. Report root cause failure analysis.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving daily operations problems.
Preferred Experience:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Packaging.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and lead/drive complex operational initiatives, with excellent communication skills
- Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail and recognize errors and complete work with thoroughness
- Bilingual in Mandarin a plus
