Please note that the location listed above is our Central Office. Our Facilities staff work at the sites where we operate programs. These sites are located in South, Central and West Seattle as well as in Burien and South King County.

Neighborhood House is seeking Facility Maintenance Technicians to complete periodic work assignments. Neighborhood House accepts on-call applications on a continual basis. Applications will be held for 12 months. On-call facility maintenance technicians will work intermittently, as needs arise. Facility Maintenance Technician I will be responsible for basic maintenance and repair jobs. As job assignments come up, Neighborhood House will reach out to one or more of the technicians participating in this pool. Hours and times of the work are flexible and may vary. Weekday availability is preferred. Hours will depend on availability and job assignments. Neighborhood House offices are located primarily in Seattle and South King County.
