Next Generation Management & Accounting Services is a professional community association management and accounting company seeking three dependable part-time Front Desk Assistants to join our skilled, diverse, and dynamic team. We are hiring one individual for each of the three available shifts listed below.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy helping others, provide excellent customer service, and represent the company with professionalism. We especially value candidates who are eager to learn, open to feedback, adaptable, and flexible in supporting the needs of the property and management team. Previous experience is helpful, but a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to grow are equally important.

Position Details
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Available Positions and Schedules
We are hiring three part-time employees, with one position available for each shift:
Position 1 – Weekend Morning Shift
- Saturday and Sunday
- 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- 16 hours per week
Position 2 – Weekend Evening Shift
- Saturday and Sunday
- 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
- 16 hours per week
Position 3 – Overnight Shift
- Sunday and Monday
- 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- 16 hours per week
Position Overview
The Front Desk Assistant serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and other guests at the property. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering and directing telephone calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and providing administrative support to the property management team.
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate is willing to learn property procedures, become familiar with association information, adapt to changing priorities, and assist wherever needed to support smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, vendors, visitors, and guests with association-related questions, concerns, and requests.
- Answer, direct, and document incoming telephone calls.
- Check, log, and respond to voicemail messages daily.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Review website registrations and contact requests and ensure they are approved, routed, or answered promptly.
- Organize, scan, label, and maintain association files and documents.
- Update office databases, records, and management systems.
- Draft, edit, and respond to emails, reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Retrieve company mail, date-stamp it, and distribute it accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk, reception area, and workspace.
- Learn and become familiar with association documents, policies, projects, and current issues to assist residents effectively.
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional duties, assignments, and projects as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Administrative, office management, or customer service training is a plus.
- Previous front desk, receptionist, concierge, or administrative experience is preferred but not required for candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
