How to Apply:
Send us your resume, any relevant social media handles or portfolio samples, and a short message about why you’d be a great fit at adelina@rugtomize.co. Let’s bring creativity to life, one post (and rug) at a time.

Job Description
Do you love creating content and telling stories through visuals?

Rugtomize is a fast-growing custom rug brand trusted by top names like Warner Bros, the U.S. Air Force, Netflix, Shopify, and more. Every rug we produce is a one-of-a-kind design — and our content plays a key role in bringing those designs to life online.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. This is a hybrid internship, with some tasks completed remotely and others requiring in-person work (such as product photography and behind-the-scenes content). You’ll shape the brand’s digital voice and presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation & Strategy

Capture and edit original content — photos, videos, reels, and TikToks

Document behind-the-scenes moments, rug features, and customer stories

Stay up to date with social trends and translate them into brand-relevant content

Occasionally appear on camera to narrate or present content

Social Media Management

Post, schedule, and maintain content across multiple platforms

Respond to DMs and engage with comments to keep our accounts active

Analyze engagement and suggest strategies to boost performance

Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity

Project Coordination

Plan and execute content shoots (in person)

Edit and organize media for posts, ads, and stories

Communicate progress with the marketing and design teams

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro

Experience with content creation (behind and in front of the camera)

Strong sense of visual storytelling and editing

Great communication and time management skills

Reliable and able to attend scheduled in-person shoots

Bonus if you’ve managed a personal or brand social media account

Training & Support:

Full onboarding and creative process guides provided

Hands-on mentorship from our team

Regular feedback and support to grow your skills

What You’ll Get:

Real-world experience in brand storytelling and content strategy

Portfolio-worthy projects and media campaigns

Flexible hybrid schedule

Performance-based bonuses

Opportunity for a paid position after the internship
