Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric OT to deliver in-home therapy, helping children reach developmental milestones, build daily living skills, and thrive in their everyday lives. We currently offer two distinct caseload tracks based on preferred working hours:
Daytime Caseloads | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Irving, South Dallas/Duncanville/Lancaster, Mesquite, Arlington/Grand Prairie
Late Day Caseloads | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
SE Dallas, Central/South Dallas, Fort Worth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
- Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes for each child
- Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas
- One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
- Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
