Content Creation & Curation
- Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.
- Create compelling content (including text, images, and videos) that resonates with our audience and stays true to The Beet Box’s voice and mission.
- Curate relevant content from external sources, aligning with brand values and sharing informative, engaging materials with our community.
Community Management
- Engage actively with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a friendly, timely manner.
- Foster a positive, interactive environment that encourages discussions, sharing, and brand advocacy.
- Monitor brand mentions across platforms, address any negative feedback, and escalate issues as needed to maintain a strong online reputation.
Social Media Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand visibility.
- Set and track KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they meet targets and drive growth.
- Analyze social media performance through analytics tools, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies. Provide monthly performance reports.
Platform Management
- Manage and optimize The Beet Box’s presence across key social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Ensure profiles are up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure The Beet Box remains at the forefront of digital marketing strategies.
Paid Social Advertising
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on social media platforms to boost reach, grow the audience, and promote key products or initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, analyzing ROI and making adjustments as necessary to maximize results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating success across various platforms.
- Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, and the ability to leverage them for brand growth.
- Strong content creation skills with the ability to create eye-catching graphics, videos, and copy that engage and inspire.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and tracking ROI.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus.
