Social Media Manager

Hello and thank you for your interest in the Social Media Manager Position. We are looking for someone who truly understands social media and loves it! The individual we hire must be very savvy with social and be able to hit the ground running without handholding or much training. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, come up with content ideas, post content, communicate directly with our creative director, editing team and founder to push LOTS of content out. We plan to make a BIG SPLASH in the personal brand world via all social channels: YouTube, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, FB. and need someone who can handle it all. The person who should apply for this role is: an excellent writer who can speak in conversational tones, someone who understands social media well and understands leadership – this person will not need handholding, rather, will come to the table with fresh ideas and hit the ground running. This person will be decisive and be able to make decisions on their own without having to need to be micromanaged. This person will be able to make multiple posts on all platforms each day – and work alongside our founder and creative director to ask for content needed, develop content, and produce content.
