Real Estate Sales Agent – New & Experienced Agents Welcome

Applicants must be based in Florida or Planning on relocating

Thomas Lynne Realty Group is growing, and we’re looking for motivated real estate agents who are ready to build a successful, long-term career in real estate.

Want to get Licensed? We’ll Help Cover the Cost of Getting Started!

We understand that launching a real estate career requires an investment. That’s why Thomas Lynne Realty Group offers qualifying new agents reimbursement of their real estate licensing fees.

You worked hard to earn your license. Now it’s time to put it to work.

At Thomas Lynne, we don’t want agents to simply hang their license with our brokerage. We want to provide the training, tools, leads, mentorship, marketing and accountability necessary to help them build a real business.

What We Offer

  • Real estate licensing fee reimbursement for qualifying new agents
  • Brokerage-provided buyer and seller leads
  • Hands-on training and mentorship
  • Multiple commission split options
  • CRM and technology platform
  • In-house marketing support
  • Virtual assistant support
  • New-agent onboarding and training
  • Weekly training and development
  • Lead-generation and prospecting systems
  • Buyer and seller process training
  • Accountability and goal setting
  • Support building and marketing to your sphere of influence
  • Opportunities to work with residential buyers, sellers and investors
  • Property management and investment opportunities
  • A collaborative, growth-minded company culture

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are motivated, coachable, professional and willing to put in the work necessary to build a successful real estate career.

You may be a great fit if you are:

  • Newly licensed and looking for the right place to start
  • Currently taking your real estate licensing course
  • An experienced agent looking for better support and opportunities
  • Comfortable developing relationships and talking with potential clients
  • Willing to prospect, follow up with leads and build your sphere
  • Goal-oriented and accountable
  • Interested in building a business rather than simply working transactions

Your Success Is Our Mission

Real estate can provide an incredible career, but new agents often struggle because they’re given a license, a desk and very little direction.

We want to change that.

At Thomas Lynne Realty Group, you’ll have a team behind you as you learn how to generate business, work with buyers and sellers, manage leads, negotiate contracts, market yourself and ultimately build a sustainable real estate business.

Our company believes in getting 1% better every day, and we’re looking for agents who share that growth mindset.

If you’ve recently earned your real estate license—or you’re about to—and you’re ready to turn that license into a career, we’d love to talk with you.

Apply today to learn more about joining Thomas Lynne Realty Group.
