Threefold Health is a holistic mental health private practice serving New York’s Hudson Valley and Capital Region. We are growing and looking to connect with Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) and master’s-level mental health counseling graduates who are eligible to obtain a New York Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit (MHC-LP), from early-career clinicians to those with more experience.

About the Role
Clinicians provide individual psychotherapy to clients while developing meaningful therapeutic relationships and delivering thoughtful, person-centered care. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with supervisors and the broader clinical team.

Qualifications
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York; or
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and eligibility to obtain a New York Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit (MHC-LP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered mental health care
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing clinical responsibilities independently
