We continue expanding our Fort Worth, Dallas, and Austin offices, seeking ambitious, hardworking, and highly motivated individuals to join our fast-growing team as Investment Sales Associates. Compensation is commission only with unlimited upside potential, and full support on marketing, research, and transaction management.
Our thorough training program, led by our VP of Agent Development and most experienced brokers, will set you up for success. Upon completing the initial training, you will benefit from our ongoing coaching sessions and mentorship from proven senior brokers. Our goal is to abbreviate the learning curve for our new team members and position you to become productive as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business by building and cultivating industry relationships with real estate investors
- Prospecting and marketing activity includes cold calling, attending relevant industry conferences, and other ways of generating client relationships to ensure consistent performance
- Work with investors to understand their financial objectives for their real estate assets
- Maintain detailed records of activity and call notes in the CRM system
- Reviewing leases, surveys, environmental studies, and other legal documents on properties to be listed or purchased as part of the due diligence process
- Partner with the marketing team to create proposals and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the transaction manager through the sale process
- Continually strive to achieve and exceed specified sales goals

Qualifications
- A Texas Real Estate license is required before starting
- College degree preferred but not required
- 1+ years of internship experience in sales and cold calling preferred
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Coachability is required
