JOB TITLE: SUMMER INTERN PARTY COORDINATOR
DURATION: JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2023
LOCATION: NEW YORK CITY
- We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Summer Intern Party Coordinator to join our team from June 1 to September 1, 2023. This is a part-time role with compensation based on a share of event profits.
- The Summer Intern Party Coordinator will be responsible for organizing a series of summer events for interns across various companies. These events range from nightlife gatherings, including happy hours at bars and club events, to daytime picnics and pool parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster relationships with interns from other companies and encourage them to invite their intern classmates, friends, and other college classmates from different internship programs.
- Coordinate with our full marketing and customer support teams, as well as our events production and financial controls teams.
- Help market the events and secure co-hosts.
- Strive to grow our events from 50 attendees to 200, and ultimately 500 attendees over the summer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outgoing and social personality.
- Familiarity with Greek or social life at school is beneficial but not necessary.
- Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
- Must be located in New York City for the summer.
