We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify and engage new clients who need our expertise. If you’re a go-getter with a passion for helping people advance their careers, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
– Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, outreach, and lead generation.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, professionals, and executives.
– Educate potential clients on the value of our career services and tailor solutions to their needs.
– Utilize social media, cold calling, email outreach, and referrals to drive sales and grow our client base.
– Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue potential.
– Track client interactions and maintain a pipeline of leads using a CRM or tracking system.
What We’re Looking For:
– Strong sales, business development, or client acquisition experience (experience in recruiting, career services, or HR is a plus!).
– A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills – you know how to close a deal!
– Ability to identify client needs and position our services as the perfect solution.
– Familiarity with LinkedIn, job search trends, and career development is a plus.
