The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of relationships with several national franchise brands. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts—building strong relationships, ensuring client success, and expanding UniFi’s services across franchise systems.
You’ll also play an important part in onboarding new clients, helping them set up in QuickBooks Online, and guiding them through their first steps with UniFi. This role blends relationship management, consultative sales, and client support—perfect for someone who enjoys both people and process.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisors and franchisees as their trusted UniFi contact.
- Understand client needs and present tailored bookkeeping solutions.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, including QuickBooks setup and integrations
- Attend 5+ annual conferences or expos to represent UniFi and connect with new prospects
- Partner with franchisors to drive adoption of UniFi’s services across all locations.
- Hold regular client check-ins (including quarterly Zoom reviews) to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges and deliver great service.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ years of business-to-business sales or account management experience.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online (QB ProAdvisor certification is a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for conferences and client events.
