We’re looking for an enthusiastic Spanish Instructor to lead an engaging online Spanish enrichment program for young learners. You’ll introduce students to foundational Spanish through interactive activities, games, conversation, stories, and age-appropriate cultural exploration.
The goal isn’t simply to memorize vocabulary. It’s to help students feel comfortable hearing, speaking, and using Spanish while developing curiosity about another language and culture.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging live Spanish classes in an online environment
- Introduce students to foundational Spanish vocabulary and everyday phrases
- Help students develop pronunciation, listening, and basic conversational skills
- Use games, songs, stories, visual activities, and interactive exercises to reinforce learning
- Introduce age-appropriate aspects of Spanish-speaking cultures
- Encourage students to participate and practice speaking Spanish
- Create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive virtual classroom
- Keep young learners engaged and participating throughout the session
- Adapt instruction to different learning styles, confidence levels, and abilities
- Provide encouragement and constructive feedback
- Monitor student participation and progress
- Communicate professionally with program coordinators and families as needed
- Arrive prepared with a reliable internet connection and a positive, energetic presence

Prior experience in Spanish instruction, teaching, tutoring, language education, camps, mentoring, or youth programs is a plus—but not required.
