Cameron-Daniel, P.C. is a California law firm specializing in the developing critical infrastructure in energy, water, and agriculture sectors. We advise clients on infrastructure transactions and provide legal and regulatory counsel related to project development. We are looking for assistance from a student or graduate interested in energy and water project development in California that would like to learn about legal and business operational practices in the water and energy sector.
Analyst tasks include assistance with reviewing and editing utility-scale electricity and water project contracts, contributing to new energy project financial negotiations, working with electrical infrastructure project milestones, as well as developing an understanding of utility operations and regulatory structure in the United States. We envision that the position would be approximately 10-30 hours per week, but depends on whether the candidate is a graduate or student (and the candidate’s schedule).
