BIPOC Students & Alumni

The Toppel Career Center celebrates the diverse community of our students and alumni at the U. As a student or alum identifying as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color, you may face a unique set of challenges, concerns, and questions as you navigate the job search process, the world of networking, and transition into the workplace. We encourage you to know your rights, do your research, and utilize your resources as you aim to find a workplace with a culture that is safe, inclusive, and supportive of your intersecting identities.

While at the U, make sure you check out the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (MSA) and list of the cultural student organizations.

The resources and articles provided throughout this identity-based page offer access to platforms and valuable information aimed to meet your unique job search, networking, interviewing, and career needs as a Black, Indigenous, and Person of Color (BIPOC).
