LGBTQ+ Students & Alumni

The Toppel Career Center promotes and supports your career development as an LGBTQ student or alum by connecting you with campus and external resources and organizations advocating for inclusive environments that foster personal and career growth. We are dedicated to ensuring you are prepared to face the unique set of challenges, concerns, and questions you may face as you navigate your job search and transition into the workplace. We encourage you to understand your rights, explore your options (i.e., geographic regions, industries, LGBTQ+ friendly employers, etc.), and utilize your resources, as you aim to find a workplace with a culture that is safe, inclusive, and supportive of your identity as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. While at the U, make sure you check out the LGBTQ Student Center!

The resources and articles provided throughout this identity-based page offer access to platforms and valuable information aimed to meet your unique job search, networking, interviewing, and career needs as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
