Job Summary
The IT Support Technician will provide technical support in the use of company computer hardware, software, systems, networks and office equipment.
Essential Job Functions
- Track IT equipment and supply inventories;
- Provide technical support in the use of company computer hardware, software, systems, networks and office equipment
- Perform IT related system upgrades
- Evaluate and install IT related patches/repairs
- Perform system recoveries
- Work with Security to maintain data files and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity
- Facilitate phone system operation
- Work with Security to maintain computer assignment and tracking system
- Handle “Help Desk” questions
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, however business needs may require additional hours worked;
- Ability to be on-call
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 85% of shift;
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders in order to complete work tasks;
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds;
Education and Experience
- Associates degree in IT or related field;
- Access systems experience is preferred;
- Phone systems experience is preferred;
