Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support for preconstruction departments & staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Prepare Bid Forms – bid bonds & DVBE’s.
· Deliver bids
· Attend Pre-Bid Meetings/Job Walks (Very Seldom)
· Prepare proposals for Contract & Direct sales
· Prepare prequalification documents for Contract & Direct sales
· Download & print plans & specs.
· Pick up plans when required.
· Print and distribute Bid List
· Run, review and email Dodge report to manager(s)
· Determine which jobs to track and bid through ISqFt and Dodge.
· Update contact information in outlook and coordinate any mass mailings.
· Update and manage the DSOR (Direct Sales Opportunity Report)
· Review and follow up on Order Forecast Report weekly.
· Assist in the Contract & Direct Sales quarterly meetings.
· Order and maintain all product literature and samples in the literature library & sample room.
· Prepare literature binders
· Maintain and update the Deltek Marketing Program
· Order Business cards for region.
· Process order entries
· Internal event coordination
· Assist with ordering/catering of local office lunches, etc.
· Track salesperson goals.
· Maintain Box.net. for the Region.
· Division Review PowerPoint.
· May perform other tasks as required or directed

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)
Education/Experience
· Bachelor degree in Marketing
· 2 years experience as a Marketing Administrative Assistant
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience
· Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· High School diploma with at least 2 years experience in an administrative role
Knowledge/Skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Good computer skills
· Able to prioritize and multi-task
· Able to work in fast-paced, environment dealing with multiple personalities and changing needs.
