Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. (KCA) has an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator in our Marketing Department. This position is open at any of our regional offices (Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Fort Myers, Tallahassee, FL; and Raleigh, NC). This position will coordinate and prepare proposals/LORs for FDOT, NCDOT, SCDOT, TxDOT, and municipal clients throughout Florida, Carolinas, and Texas.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree (English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing) or equivalent business experience
- A minimum of two years of experience within a professional services firm (preferably in the AEC industry)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and PhotoShop), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
- Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading, organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with great time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing Department and project managers to produce cohesive, well-organized proposals and presentations that are focused and responsive to the client
- Coordinate strategy sessions and assist with PowerPoint for presentations and/or Q&A interviews
- Create outlines, build proposal templates, prepare and review drafts, and coordinate the proposal process to successful submittal
- Perform quality control reviews
- Develop/write qualification portions of proposals, integrate technical portions, and edit entire document for readability and compliance with RFP requirements
- Coordinate multiple tasks in a deadline-sensitive environment
- Update resumes and project descriptions as needed
- Create/edit informational yet eye-catching marketing/corporate brochures
- Maintain proposal files and marketing database (experience with Deltek Vision a plus)
- Write press releases and announcements, project award submittals, articles for company blog, and other special communications-related projects
- Coordinate proposal debriefings through technical staff
