The Intern assists with the development and execution of our dynamic, omnichannel marketing campaigns—from concept thru distribution/ post mortem. This opportunity provides a unique, “behind-the-scenes” view of an internal creative design department, including workflow, strategy, and how personalized online & offline media campaigns come to life through concepting participation and effective design positioning.
- Support Creative Director and Managers with follow up of tasks within our marketing project management system (workfront) helping to ensure timelines are met
- Assist team with concepting campaigns
- Shadow Creative Manager(s) in team meetings and providing input and assistance as needed
- Assist in gathering competitive intel and research as needed to support marketing efforts across media types
- Share competitive analysis, note any trends or insights
- Assist in uploading projects and tagging items of Adobe DAM
- Close/ archive jobs, populate actual data and save final art in marketing drive
- Assist in the management of internal partner’s marketing needs (ie: flyers, emails, video slides, etc.)
- Attend weekly marketing meetings
- Provide minutes from meetings as needed
- 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position
- Additional duties as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from a fully accredited College/ University with concentration in Marketing/Creative Arts
- Articulate communicator with a collaborative spirit
- Disciplined individual with solid organizational skills
- Highly motivated with strong analytical ability
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and the online landscape
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud preferred
