What we are looking for:
We’re on the lookout for highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. With over 320 store locations and growing, you’ll be part of a legacy of excellence in the mattress industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Availability: We seek motivated individuals available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Customer Focus: Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience aimed at improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• Technological Proficiency: Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system to enhance the customer experience.
• Team Spirit: Bring a winning, team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm to the sales floor.
