Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Consultants to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling our products and services to homeowners in the residential sector. The role requires strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. (Training Provided) The successful candidates will work independently and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the residential sector.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and online marketing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to homeowners.
- Close sales and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through follow-up and after-sales service.
- Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
