Position Overview:
We seek a proactive Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to new customers or partners to generate new business opportunities and set up qualified meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Utilize the CRM to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage
leads effectively
• Follow up on leads to close sales or set up meetings and achieve monthly targets
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to
identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales roles
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
field preferred
