An Account Manager (Part-Time) will be a team player who is able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships across a range of industries and to work collaboratively with a highly motivated, dynamic sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through engaging conversations and effective communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
