Our Future Talent Program – Technical Track is an 18-month program that will develop your technical skills in an accelerated process for you to become one of our leading technical experts. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a structured development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position to grow into a future role.
The plan will include collaboration in different projects and activities within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship. Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of future mechanical engineers. This program will give you broad insight to the company, our culture, and values. After the program ends you will have gained great experience to help continue your exciting career within our company.
The program starts on July 10, 2024.
You will be travelling approx. 80% of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.
What you will do
The Customer Service Operations (CSO) team works in seamless collaboration with Market Operations, provides exemplary service to our customers, because the goal is to deliver the best services to the customer on quality and safety. We make CSO an efficient and engaging place to work.
As a Future Talent – Customer Service Operations Trainee, you will:
- Receive extensive training on and off the job
- Learn and participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities at our customers’ sites across the US
- Request spare parts and place orders according to our maintenance process and recommendations
- Develop skills for monitoring equipment conditions and restore operational basics
- Develop skills for supporting operators during production to ensure the line is running properly
- Participate in installation events
- Help create a clean and tidy environment around the machines
- Execute all work in accordance to OHS (Organization Health and Safety) and Tetra Pak safety regulations, and promote a safe working culture in the team
We believe you have
- A technical degree, e.g., in Mechatronics, Auto mechanics, Maintenance, Electrical or similar
- Finished or will finish your technical school/college studies between May 2022 and May 2024
- High interest and motivation in a hands-on technical role
- Great communication skills
- Willingness to learn, proactive mindset
- The availability to travel 80% of the time
