Via Coquina LLC is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic full-time Inventory Associate for our headquarters in Delray Beach. Via Coquina is a high-end emporium of the finest artisan treasures from the Mediterranean and beyond. Through two retail locations, an e-commerce site, and affiliated activities, we offer a selection of carefully curated home goods, apparel, footwear, jewelry, accessories, books, and apothecary items that evidence a love of fine craftsmanship.
As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting the purchasing process by creating purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and communicating with suppliers.
• Reviewing incoming shipments, checking received merchandise against purchase orders, and posting received merchandise to inventory.
• Coordinating transfers between store locations and headquarters and updating inventory in QuickBooks.
• Maintaining accurate inventory data across multiple locations by executing established procedures through the purchase, transfer, sales, returns, and inventory count processes.
• Specifically, this position requires oversight and “hands-on” execution of inventory counts at each location regularly, multiple times per year. You will be working with sales associates at store locations who will assist with the counts and responsible for reconciling discrepancies and syncing inventory across various platforms.
• Becoming knowledgeable about all Via Coquina’s products is essential.
• In addition, you will assist with shipping and order fulfillment.
• Special projects and one-off requests

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to adapt and problem-solve
• Be skilled with Microsoft Excel and proficient at using other Microsoft Office Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications, but not required:
• Prior experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Shopify
• Bachelor’s degree focused on a relevant discipline (e.g., accounting, computer science) preferred
