Qualifications –
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPM) is a plus
- 5 plus years of proven experience in real estate asset management, with a track record of successfully managing and enhancing the performance of portfolios
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Excellent knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and legal regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, real estate property management software)

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate investment strategies, financial analysis, and portfolio management. The Asset Manager will be responsible for optimizing the performance and value of Vie’s real estate portfolio, ensuring that assets are effectively managed and aligned with the overall firm’s objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the financial performance and value of assets
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Evaluate property performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators
- Use market insights to make informed decisions on property acquisitions and dispositions
- Work collaboratively with property managers and other stakeholders to implement value-add initiatives
- Oversee capital improvement projects to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the financial performance and overall health of the real estate portfolio
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Implement best practices for ethical and sustainable real estate management
