Advise clients in different sectors to set and meet their ESG targets with EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability team

Welcome to the EY Climate Change and Sustainability Virtual Job Simulation. We are so excited to have you here.

When our clients are facing the most complex environmental, social and economic sustainability issues, they look to us to find a solution. Whether it’s addressing climate risk, improving their communication on how they’re transitioning to Net Zero, understanding and taking action on human rights in their supply chain, or even determining the value the business gets from biodiversity, we provide the answers to the big questions nobody else can.

During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of an EY team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCASS) team does every day. You’ll learn how to benchmark competing industry organizations for a client and relay how our services can help clients navigate climate-related reporting.

Before you get started, take a few minutes to watch the below videos for even greater insight into our CCaSS professionals and practice:

“Martial arts taught me to respect the natural world because we’re part of it.  We need to understand our own impact, either positively or negatively, and how this affects the entire system.” Kiara Konti, Partner, EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services, shares how passion and purpose come together in her work.

Carbon neutral, carbon negative and net zero – all are buzzwords you may have heard recently. Dr. Matt Bell, EY Global Climate Change and Sustainability Services Leader, explains the differences in under 60 seconds.

We hope this program provides a great resource for you to up-skill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options and a potential career at EY.

Upon completing this simulation, consider exploring other careers with the EY organization through our diverse simulation programs. We recommend trying out the EY Audit and EY Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) job simulation programs to further broaden your career possibilities.

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete.
