Welcome to our program! We are so excited to have you here.

During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a PepsiCo team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that our Sales team does every day. You’ll gain a general understanding of the PepsiCo values and types of problems and interactions a Sales Manager faces every day. You will have practiced skills in relationship management, navigating difficult conversations, product promotion, and execution of results toward a goal.

We hope this program provides a great resource for you to up-skill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options and a potential career at PepsiCo!

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 1.5-3 hours to complete.
