About Flagship Partners
Flagship Partners (“Flagship”) is a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Delray Beach that focuses on the sourcing and disposition of commercial investment properties on an off-market basis throughout South Florida. Founded in 2017 by industry veteran Josh Wade (Broker), Flagship has developed strong industry relationships and a deep understanding of the South Florida market. Translating that understanding with a strategic and proactive approach, we’ve built a strong track record of success. Today, we work with various family offices, investment funds and institutions in achieving investment goals based on certain criteria.
In addition, we invest and co-invest in select existing and new development retail projects.
Job Summary
Flagship is looking to hire a part-time talented and highly self-motivated student to work alongside the Broker in implementing strategic property acquisitions and deal flow. The position provides a unique opportunity to receive extensive training and professional development that can result in a long-term lucrative real estate career. Hours can be flexible to accommodate school schedule. Partial remote working is possible with daily communication via phone and weekly in-person meetings. An ideal candidate will be considered for a full-time Associate position upon completion of their respective Degree.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent and critical thinker
- Fearless ability to prospect including cold calls, emails, follow-ups, and letters.
- Strong interest in beginning a career in real estate investments.
- Desire to work in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
- Self motivated and eager to learn and evolve
Local resident with general geographic knowledge of South Florida is preferred, but not required. Candidate will be required to independently obtain a Florida Real Estate Salesperson license upon hiring.
Responsibilities
Through training and instruction, the candidate will become well versed in the foundational skills required to become a successful real estate associate and the logic used to implement our strategies. The core responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Research, track and follow specified properties and ownership within defined territories
- Follow a prospecting plan including, but not limited to, cold calls, follow-up, email, and letters
- Maintain a Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Update and maintain tracking reports on various properties
- Utilize Google Earth for a variety of purposes such as, creation of aerials and tracking property information.
