The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) manages the candidate selection process to aid in hiring top-quality employees and growing the company. The TAS role requires full-cycle recruiting including reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, administering pre-employment assessments, coordinating with the hiring managers, and representing Ford to potential employees during the hiring process. The TAS will recruit for a wide variety of roles including technicians, engineers, project managers, Sales, and corporate roles across the US.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Adept at networking and building relationships
- Comfortable presenting to groups/individuals both in-person and virtually
- Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Prior experience in human resources, recruiting and/or sales preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communication preferred
