JOB PURPOSE:
The role of the Manufacturing focused Inside Sales Rep is to consistently and effectively sell doors components and pre-hung doors to new and existing customers while promoting the Parksite value proposition to achieve sales & profit goals within a defined geographic territory.
SALES:
• Achieve Monthly Sales & Profit Goals
• Role is primarily focused on outbound sales with daily and weekly expectations
• Actively up-sell and cross-sell products and programs to customers
• Establish relationships with Components customers to make strategic offers, understand their buying habits and
consistently reach out to land additional orders
• Analyze our quote log to follow up and convert quotes to orders, build a pipeline of open quotes to document and pursue,
offer ways to help the customer sell the order and push the order our way
• Communicate with outside sales on status of quotes, and collaborate on establishing programs with customers for
components and pre-hung doors
• 100% execution of all company initiatives, projects and promotions ensuring they are completed thoroughly and on-time
• Gain understanding of Parksite ERP system and learn how to enter and manage orders
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
• Responsible for servicing and supporting existing dealer business.
• Identify and document buying habits, product preferences and other buying behaviors so we can best serve and grow our
account base
• Work with customers to manage their credit limits and ensure they pay on time; this may include asking for payment to
reduce time on credit hold
• Utilize our CRM to keep information current, track opportunities, document sales programs, and manage key contacts
• Working in tandem with Territory Manager to provide best possible account coverage
• Achieving product and territory knowledge essential to building customer relationships

• Ability to work with minimal supervision Have strong computer skills and CRM experience, ideally with Salesforce
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years’ experience selling building products
• Have direct exposure in resolving customer concerns
• Experience in direct customer contact selling in the building products industry
• Track record of converting customers from other suppliers
